Very subtly, Fabolous makes mention to not only the Air Max 95, but the popular Neon colorway as well in this one. The Air Max line came blended into an onslaught of stuntastic namedrop rhymes. Not one to be outdone, Jay-Z later went on to do a version of this song himself. Not surprising since he only spit the chorus on the original version (which was released on Fab’s album that year).
