This 1991 commercial guest starring Anthony Kiedis & Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers was the complete opposite of any tennis match/camp you’ve ever attended- word to George Costanza-. Following up on the previous years “Proper Tennis Procedure” commercial – which starred both Agassi and John McEnroe – Rock N’ Roll tennis continued to play on Agassi’s rebellious reputation in the tennis world at that time. It was a full-blown tennis match/rock concert that gave all of us a 57 second adrenaline rush complete with authentic punk attitude and quick shots of the masterpiece that is the Tech Challenge III. It was raw, it was authentic and it was like nothing anyone had ever seen before. It was advertising genius and lands this one easy at the number 4 spot.
