What really stood out was its epic 1992 commercial that featured Charles Barkley saving the city of Tokyo from the destruction of Godzilla via a quick one on one. From Godzilla’s concerned look after peeping Barkley’s shoes and throwing on some basketball goggles to taking an elbow to the face and getting dunked on this was pure Weiden + Kennedy gold.
