The Women’s Air Jordan 3 Retro ‘Laser Orange’ will zap some color into your rotation

For every release with wild colorways and out-there materials, Jordan Brand makes sure subtle designs get equal time in the spotlight.

Such is the case with the upcoming Air Jordan 3 Retro release in Women’s and Girls’ sizing.

The ‘Laser Orange’ colorway, originally teased as a July release, was bumped back a little in the grand scheme of things and included in Jordan Brand’s Fall 2020 line-up.

The design itself is simple and as fresh as it was in 1988 when then-new Nike designer Tinker Hatfield and Michael Jordan put their heads together on the original Air Jordan 3.

The predominantly white tumbled leather upper provides fresh contrast to the classic Jordan elephant print-patterned overlays on the toe and heel counters.

The titular Laser Orange highlights can be found at the heels between the midsole and overlay, as well as the hang tag, lace eyelets and the Jumpman logo on the tongues.

Purists will note the heel logos feature both the Jumpman and “Air” wordmarks for a blend of new and old.
