Start the Season Off Right With The adidas Crazy BYW & Crazy BYW X

The basketball season is in its infancy and adi is bringing the heat to the hardwood. Expanding their popular BYW (Boost You Wear) line with new colorways and an all-new style. The BYW turned heads last year, with adidas officially unveiling the sneaker at NBA All-Star Weekend. Inspired by the 90’s FYW (Feet You Wear) basketball line, the BYW puts an updated tech-centric spin on those classic models. Collabs with recording artist Pharrell Williams have increased the hype and popularity around the shoe.

Continuing the momentum around the model, adidas is bringing two new colorways to shelves. The first being a light khaki option which features grey and black detailing. The outsole and podular BOOST midsole come in white and finished a gum colored hit at the top. The second option features a black and concord purple knitted concord purple upper. Suede accents and a reflective trim provide an extra pop. Like the aforementioned colorway this one features a white midsole and outsole.

Dubbed the Crazy BYW X, this model is inspired by the power of the vertical leap. The idea being to create a ‘pro-level basketball design that blurs the lines of sport and style.’ Marveled adidas Primeknit fabric is utilized for the upper, providing an adaptive and supportive fit. Like its predecessor the BYW X utilizes the distinct podular BOOST midsole. An extended torsion system locks your foot down, while the translucent rubber outsole provides the grip you need. The model will be debuting with a collegiate navy/clear grey/clear orange colorway and a core black/footwear white/real purple option.

Keep it #boosted with the adidas Crazy BYW and adidas Crazy BYW X, coming soon to Finish Line.
