The Jordan Eclipse: Bridging Proven Comfort and the Jumpman
[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]
It seems that Jordan Brand is banking on the success of another shoe under the Nike umbrella, as it introduces a brand new lifestyle model into the fray. The Jordan Eclipse may be making its debut now, but that silhouette looks somewhat familiar. I’d bet we aren’t the only ones to think of the ever-so-popular Nike Roshe Run when taking a look at the Eclipse. Both models have lightweight, practically seamless constructions. Both have small string laces and a tongue pull tab. At the same time, the Eclipse brings in some added inspiration from Air Jordan signatures. The neoprene tongue gives off an Air Jordan 7 feel, while the raise in the midsole and the branding placement on the heel reminds us of Air Jordans even before that. And for the initial drop, Jordan Brand has a few styles in tow. Whether you go Red/Black, Black/White, or Grey/Red is up to you. Just know that the Jordan Eclipse builds off past success, and brings it to heights only MJ could reach.
The Jordan Eclipse will be available in April at FinishLine.com.
