The Nike Air More Uptempo ’96 Gets A Camo Upgrade
Like most classic sneakers get over the years, a little material refresher or change in color scheme can bring new life to an older shoe. Now, Nike is doing just that with one of its most notable basketball sneakers from the 90’s, the Nike Air More Uptempo ’96. Made famous by Scottie Pippen and his days on the hardwood and a cinematic moment in the 1997 film, George of the Jungle. Keeping its classic look, this version of the Air More Uptempo features a Black tumbled leather upper that we’re used to and that gets complemented with a new camouflage printed “AIR” lettering on the sides and heel and is outlined in White to make it really pop.
Make sure you grab your pair of the Nike Air Max Uptempo ’96 ‘Camo’ on June 28th at Finishline.com.
