The Classic ‘Slate’ Colorway Dons The Nike Air VaporMax 95

Share

Nike loves bringing new innovation to their classic models and that’s just what they’re doing with the Nike Air VaporMax 95. This isn’t the first OG model that Nike is bringing new innovation to, the Air Max 97 got this treatment back in May. The model was debuted with one of the more popular colorways with the  OG ‘Neon’ iteration that was originally debuted on the Air Max 95. Now, Nike is dropping a new pair in the classic ‘Slate’ color scheme. Its mid-foot racing stripes call upon numerous shades of blue in a gradient pattern that are offset by hits of white throughout the rest of its upper. It’s air bubbles utilize the same array of hues, creating a nostalgic Air Max selection. The combination of bulky and streamlined make for an interesting contrast not seen on past fusion models like the VaporMax Plus and VaporMax 97, two other recent Air Max hybrids that feature a more sleek look from top to bottom. This Nike Air VaporMax 95 is highlighted with its shades of Blue in the gradient pattern offset with a White upper. A full-length clear Blue VaporMax sole unit completes the design.
