The Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘City Of Flight’ Gets The Black & Gold Treatment

Black and Gold have been big colors in story telling over the last couple of months for Jordan Brand and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. JB shut the internet down last November when they released the Top 3 Retro 1 in black, gold, and white in patent leather at ComplexCon. Sneaker heads went nuts over that pair and went to crazy lengths to get their hands on a pair. Now, another Air Jordan Retro 1 High is dropping a black, gold and white colorway but it’s quite different and has a deeper story behind it.

With the NBA All Star Game being held in Los Angeles this year, Jordan Brand is capitalizing in every way possible and getting a head start on it. The Air Jordan Retro 1 High ‘City Of Flight’ is honoring the legendary weekend with a clean color scheme and special insoles that feature the map of LA on them. Adding to the detail is the tumbled leather that is accented with gold trimmings, a translucent outsole, and a double-layered Swoosh logo. If you’re hitting up All Star weekend then you’re going to want to have your pair ready.

Make sure you grab your pair of the Air Jordan Retro 1 High OG ‘City Of Flight’ on January 10th at Finishline.com.
