2007 was a great year for rap but not so much for fashion as you can tell from the picture above. If Chamillionare’s outfit doesn’t sum it up for you then nothing will. Notice the jewelry is more subtle but still statement pieces. The solid color look was huge in’07 and apparently wearing cargo pants on the red carpet was allowed. Who would have guessed?
