Coming in at #10 on the list is the big man out of Georgetown, Patrick Ewing. The 7 footer played the majority of his career in New York and was the star player on the team. Even through battling nagging injuries he put up great numbers for the Knicks.

Like other great basketball players Ewing is just missing the one thing to set him apart from the rest, a ring. He made it to the Finals in 1994 and 1999 but both times falling short to MJ and the Bulls and Duncan/Robinson and the Spurs.

Ewing established himself as one of the premier centers in the game for the Knicks and well worth the #1 overall selection in 1985. He finished his career in the top 25 in all time scoring and rebounds.

Career stats (per game)

21 points, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks
0 NBA championships
11 time All-Star
2 Olympic Gold Medals (1984, 1992)
