6.) Jennifer Lopez Wears The Original Nike Air Max Plus In Music Video For Her Debut Single “If You Had My Love”
1999 was a big year for both Jennifer Lopez and the Air Max Plus (which had just debuted the year before). So then its no surprise that when J-Lo chose to showcase some of her signature dance moves in the video for her debut single ‘If You Had My Love’, rocking the original Air Max Plus. While the song itself is mid-tempo, it was during a scene that cuts to her freakin’ it to the Pablo Flores Remix version of ‘If You Had My Love’ that allowed for Lopez to remind everyone why she was a Fly Girl before her singing and acting career took off. It was a defining moment in a defining video for a defining song and she did it in one of the best looking most comfortable Air Max shoes of all time.
