Kriss Kross – “Tonight’s Tha Night”
One of the smoothest players in the game coming out of UConn and throughout his career would have definitely picked a smooth jam to match, and this Kriss Kross joint blowing up in early ’96 was a perfect anthem for celebrating a lifelong achievement like making the league. Getting immediately traded to the Bucks for Marbury, on the other hand, wasn’t quite as exciting but the soon-to-be Jesus Shuttlesworth would go on to a Hall of Fame career.
