We’re three weeks in to the NBA season and so far LeBron hasn’t disappointed with the kicks selection. While some of the Kings more talented teammates may be injured, he hasn’t shied away from taking charge and leading the Cavaliers to the top spot in the East. Not many players average 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists, but that’s what makes LeBron the King of the hardwood. The special Friday the 13th “Horror Film” release gave us a connection to LeBron and his love for horror movies. We’ve seen most of his kicks drop this year with a back story or special meaning to them, and that trend continues with this release.
This may be the most detailed LeBron 13 to drop so far this year. LeBron’s thirteenth signature model is creative enough as it is. The multiple posite portions add a striking detail as well as the unique midsole and continued use of the megafuse construction. So what can make these stand out even more? A loud colorway of course. The LeBron 13 “Akronite Philosophy” blasts a colorful graphic on the upper with an array of university red, blue lagoon, hyper orange, and forrest green donning the mesh upper. The Akronite Philosophy name comes from LeBrons’ path to greatness that started in his hometown of Akron. Don’t sleep on this release and miss out on adding some color and flash to your rotation.
