Sneaker heat turns heads on Inauguration Day
If you tuned in on Wednesday to watch Joe Biden being sworn in as the 46th President of the United States, you may have caught a glimpse of something surprising descending the stairs behind the podium early on in the ceremony.
As U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar spoke, a mystery guest walked down the stairs rocking the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG x Dior collab that released last year. That’s right, the $2,000 retail pair that everyone you know took an L on.

The Twitter detectives figured out who was rocking them pretty quickly – Nik Ajagu, Facebook’s Global Head of Partnerships who also happens to be married to Vice President Kamala Harris’s niece, Meena Harris.
