The Swoosh has stepped up its online shopping game with new Nike Virtual View feature that’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before. This experience allows you to view and explore the product on an actual model that’s your same size thanks to Augmented Reality. It’s truly a new way of discovering and interacting with Nike’s product before you buy it!

Augmented Reality allows you to view digital images through the camera of your phone. Think the Pokemon Go mobile game, or that dancing hot dog Snapchat filter that everyone loved for a hot minute there. But never has it been deployed like this before: to give you the opportunity to check out how a head-to-toe ‘fit comes to life in 3D.

That way, you’ll be able to see how each piece of the Need it Now “Worldwide” collection looks and “feels” before you cop it for yourself. No more wondering how that bodysuit or those tights will look once they arrive at your doorstep; you can be confident knowing you’ve already seen them in your size in virtual action.

To see what each piece looks like on an actual person,just follow the link on your phone or scan a QR code with your phone’s camera that takes you directly to the product you are interested in. Once you are there, aim your device at a flat surface and tap the screen. Select your size to see the style on a model. You can then explore the outfit by zooming in and out and rotating the 3D model to get a 360 view. Once you have looked at the sizing, fit and features of the product you can tap the ‘Shop Now’ button to purchase with confidence. The Virtual View will allow you to see the items styled a couple different ways so you get a true idea of what to pair them with.
