Week 14 NFL Power Rankings

24.     f1wggq2k8ql88fe33jzhw641u        Carolina Panthers

Record: 5-8
Last Week: 27

Luke Kuechly is the backbone of this team, but this week without him, the Panthers were able to shut down the Chargers for most of the game. The offense looks like a broken shell of what it was last year, but on the bright side, Graham Gano has plenty of tape when he wants a contract extension.

23.     593       Indianapolis Colts

Record: 6-7
Last Week: 21

When it comes down to 4th and 1 with the game and a potential playoff berth on the line, a screen play is not what most teams would call especially with one of the better QB’s in the league behind center. Frank Gore has been known to be a short yardage back for most of his career and TY Hilton was cleaning up in the 4th and the offense calls a screen pass…The Colts have been known for the questionable play call, but at least they didn’t try and catch them off guard with a fake punt and backup safety again.

22.     kwth8f1cfa2sch5xhjjfaof90        Arizona Cardinals

Record: 5-7-1
Last Week: 20

Everyone expected the Cardinals to follow up their NFC Championship appearance with at least a positive season and another playoff bid, unfortunately for them, they couldn’t quite do it. The Cardinals are on the outside looking in with four teams ahead of them in the wild card race, but they can still make it and as Lloyd Christmas would say, “So you’re saying there’s a chance?”

21.     403        Cincinnati Bengals

Record: 5-7-1
Last Week: 23

Without AJ Green, the Bengals have struggled on offense, but this week they were able to bring it all together and pick up a big win against the still winless Cleveland Browns. The Bengals need a miracle in order to make the playoffs this year, but it was a miracle that they were eliminated from it last year.

20.     570        Houston Texans

Record: 7-5
Last Week: 22

The Texans beat down the Colts in Indy this week and it was the first time that an AFC South opponent has beaten the Colts in Indiana in a very long time. Lamar Miller picked apart the Colt’s rush defense all afternoon and the defense took the ball away three times. It could all come down to a week 17 matchup against the Titans to determine who wins the AFC South.

19.     318        Baltimore Ravens

Record: 8-5
Last Week: 18

The Ravens got a little lucky this week, they weren’t able to pull out the win against the Patriots on Monday night football, but the Raiders and Broncos lost and although Miami won they could’ve lost Tannehill for the rest of the season. They maintained their position on the outskirts of the AFC wild card race. They still have a shot at taking that final spot, it’s just gonna take a little luck and three wins to finish out the season.

18.  960        Philadelphia Eagles

Record: 5-8
Last Week: 14

The Eagles controlled the ball for most of this game, but Carson Wentz couldn’t bring it all together on the final drive. Wentz back from a horrific outting in Cincinnati, Philly can start focusing on next year and developing Wentz even further.

17.     15041052013        Miami Dolphins

Record: 8-5
Last Week: 17

The Dolphins soaked up a huge win in a torrential downpour on Sunday and even though they won, they lost Tannehill to what we know now as a couple of MCL sprains in both knees. The Dolphins own the six spot in the playoffs and we could see a Dolphin playoff win for the first time in 16 years.
