3.) Carmelo Anthony – Denver Nuggets
Carmelo Anthony has never seemed to care what anyone thinks, and that’s a good thing. Even before he was taken at No. 3 in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets, the small forward had done what no other top player in the class had accomplished: won a championship. Since entering the league, Melo has always carried himself with a bravado and take no prisoners attitude while doing it all on his own terms. Thus, how could Melo not have walked out onto that stage with anything other than 50 Cent’s iconic “In Da Club” blasting through those loud speakers? Much like Melo, 50 has carried himself with a chip on his shoulder and unshaken confidence no matter what stands in his way. Again, this match just makes too much sense.
