10.) Jarvis Hayes – Washington Wizards
Later lottery picks in the NBA are usually a crap shoot. Sometimes they’ll work out great and sometimes it just won’t happen. And then you have guys like Jarvis Hayes, who played multiple years in the NBA, but never really made a splash. That isn’t to say that Hayes wasn’t a solid bench guy in the NBA, because he was definitely serviceable. He eventually made his way to Europe, but his time in the NBA is more than a lot of guys can say they had.
