3. Ime Udoka
Of all the players on this list, Udoka is the one who could be considered as a career D-League player. The current assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs played 136 games in the D-League between 2002 and 2006 for three teams, the defunct North Charleston Lowgators, the Charleston Lowgators and the Fort Worth Flyers. Udoka was finally called up by the New York Knicks in 2006 and he would play five more full seasons in the NBA before retiring in 2011. Over his D-League career, Udoka averaged 14.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
