This New York City playground legend was known for his ridiculous handle and being the central figure of the hoops head cult classic, the And1 Mixtape Vol. 1, and the nationwide tour that subsequently followed. Skip played six games for the Mobile Revelers – another of the original D-League franchises – and averaged 15.8 points, 9.7 assists and 1.5 steals during the team’s 2002-03 campaign, its final season in the league. For his D-League career, Skip averaged 10.1 points, 6.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds.
