The most historic colorway in Jordan Brand history is back again, this time on the Air Jordan 1.5. By now you’ve heard the story of the Air Jordan 1.5, with its design mirroring the Jordan 1 but with a sole of the Jordan 2. The Air Jordan 1.5 has been turning heads throughout 2015 due to the close association with some of the most classic colorways. The Chicago and Fragment Retro 1’s we’re two of the hottest Retro 1’s to release recently, and with the Bred colorway having such history, can we expect these to have the same appeal to sneakerheads?
With a quick glance you would think that these were Bred 1s thanks the identical color blocking on the upper and details, but the sole gives this sneaker a different look. To the more eagle-eyed sneakerhead, however, they will notice a few differences in the cut of the shoe. The classic combination of black and red only deviates from the iconic pair thanks to the Air Jordan 2 outsole and new Nike branded Wings logo. The “Nike Air” on the tongue gives these that complete old school touch that sneakerheads have come to love over the years. Make sure you match these next to your “Bred” Air Jordan 1s for that perfect 1-2 sneaker punch.
