It’s finally decent enough outside to take your training outdoors. Breeze through your next workout in the new Nike Free Flyknit 4.0, which I picked up in black. With so many different colorways to choose from, it’s hard to choose just one. Same with the sports bra – gotta have ‘em all!

SPORTSWEAR

When wearing head-to-toe sportswear, it’s easy to end up looking like you’re en route to the gym (not that there’s anything wrong with that). To achieve a more deliberate look, I chose the Air Max Thea – just as comfy as your gym shoes, but they dress up the baseball cap, Nike bomber jacket, and pants I wore, which are similar to this pair on the Finish Line site.

This look is the reverse of the previous one – this time I am in a silk blouse and trousers with the Nike Free Flyknits I worked out in. They’re easy to slip into and dress down the silk blouse. When they get dirty, cleaning them is as simple as throwing them in the washing machine.

Soften up a menswear-inspired outfit with the Nike Air Max Thea – sleek, lightweight and sharp – and just right for this casual day look. The Theas are a bit more feminine than a regular Air Max, which is perfect for my oversized denim jacket and cuffed trousers. (Don’t forget to tag #FNLstyle when you give it a try!)
