February is Black History Month, and Jordan Brand has three new colorways of three different models to commemorate the special month. Consisting of a Jordan Melo M9, a Jordan Spiz’ike, and an Air Jordan Retro 1, the Jordan Black History Month Collection will drop very soon on Finishline.com, and include color makeups that are truly one of a kind.
The Jordan Melo M9 “Black History Month” features a monochromatic blue upper, complete with black speckle print coating the entire shoe. Jordan branding, the “BHM” logo, and the visible Air units on the shoe are contrasted against the blue upper with a bright volt color. To top things off, Jordan Brand threw on an icy outsole for clean aesthetics and a nice court grip.
Inversely from the Melo M9, the Jordan Spiz’ike “BHM” has a predominately volt colored upper, with black and blue accents throughout the shoe. Jordan branding as well as the “BHM” logo is contrasted in blue, and consists of black accents on the inner liner, the Jordan elephant print, and on the lace holds.
The Jordan Retro 1 “BHM” is the darkest model in the collection, and Jordan Brand dressed it with an all-reflective black 3M upper. Blue speckles coat the entire sneaker, and it is even equipped with a reflective blue swoosh. The volt color is accented on the inner lining, as well as the Jordan Wings logo, and these too sit on top of an icy outsole.
