For anyone with fitness on the agenda, it’s probably a given that calorie counting is a must. Jotting down and recording your totals from day to day can be quite the chore, and frankly, it’s easy to fall off of the wagon that way. Never fear, an app for that is here.
Dubbed “My Fitness Pal”, it’s the app bent on counting calories and tracking your diet. If you’re on a mission to lose weight and keep track of your progress, this app is where you’ll find success in doing that.
The fun part about this app that puts it ahead of the others on the market is that the user base is so large that the bank of food is incredibly expansive. Virtually every restaurant has virtually every meal option in the system (which boasts over 3,000,000 foods).
It’s fast, it’s easy, and it remembers everything you put into it. Got a goal that you don’t want to go over? Set it, and your new Fitness Pal will try it’s best to keep you under your limit. If you happen to go over, it does a fairly good job of making you feel bad about it.
Nonetheless, if there’s any app in the App Store that’s worth checking out, it’s My Fitness Pal, and for no charge at all, it can be all yours, so stop wasting time and download it!
