Nike’s best training shoe yet? It certainly will give any others a run for their money. The new Nike Free Trainer 3.0 is the latest training shoe cooked up in the innovation kitchen, and Nike hooked this one up with all of the bells and whistles needed for a truly great training shoe.
As the name implies, the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 comes equipped with the 3.0 Free sole which promotes natural movement of the foot. However, unlike other Free soles, this trainer features Nike’s DiamondFLX technology which greatly improves the shoes multi-directional ability. Nike’s Dynamic Fit system provides for the shoes’ support, and consists of soft foam on the lateral side for cushioning, and a more firm foam on the medial side for added support. To top things off, the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 has a cage like upper complete with Flywire and a mesh innersleeve for a glove-like fit.
Nike understood that training athletes need a shoe that is lightweight, supportive, breathable, flexible, and of course comfortable, and the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 proved to be all of those in one package. Oh, I think we forgot to mention that they look great too! They are available now at FinishLine.com in a sweet black/red/yellow colorway, so head on over and check them out for yourself.
